    You will need to acquire the recordings of the material within, to get the proper feel of it, unless you are a native of the Cresent City, of course. A good introduction to the various styles of playing that have emanated from the area.

    I'm sure the transcriptions are accurate for someone's rendition, but if you want to sound like 'Fess or Dr. John you'll have to ad lib a bit. Still, a good piano romp through NOLA, and there's a nice variety of styles represented. Some is quite advanced...

    , but most of it playable by intermediate hobbyists like me.
