A priest of the Archdiocese of Boston and a well-known composer, Father Fran has composed a new setting of the Mass, the Mass of Saint Matthias. Named for the parish in Marlborough, Massachusetts where he is pastor, this lyrical and uplifting setting also includes a penitential rite, a song for the sprinkling rite, two settings (refrain-style and through-composed) of the Glory to God, and a setting of the Lord's Prayer.
