Great for quick concerts or at athletic games, this classic rock tune is known by all. The wind parts are incredibly easy, but the Electric Bass part (a standard in the repertoire!) is a little more difficult because it repeats a syncopated riff.
Included are two different parts for Alto Sax (to double Trumpets or Trombones) and Bari Sax (to double Trombone or Electric Bass).
Parts are formatted to fit in a flip-folder, but print on letter-sized paper if you prefer to use 3-ring binders.
The highly-flexible "BcP-Flex" scoring imitates the classic rock band sound by using only 4 "instruments/voices" - lead, rhythm, bass, and drums:
Lead: Flute, Clarinets, Trumpet 1 & 2
Rhythm: Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, Horn, Trombone/Euphonium, TC Baritone
Bass: Electric Bass, Bari Sax, Tuba (at the octave)
Drums: There is no written drum set part as it is often easier to get the drummer to "pick-up" the tune by listening to the original recording/chart.
