This piece is fun to play and hear! A lot more interesting than the hymn. The piece is also easy to transpose and to add instruments to. I played this on alto sax along with a B-flat clarinet, flute and 1 singer. Many of the piano parts were added...

to the new instruments (eg. the "jazzy" parts that occur before the modulations and the TB part to alto sax). With practice, this piece will blow away any audience.

I am not the world's greatest pianist, as I play the right hand plus chords for the left. I also get a great deal of satisfaction fron playing with my husband accompanying me on guitar. That can't happen as there are no chords on the music.
