Published by Sy Brandon (A0.755005).These duets were written for the composer’s niece who is a violin teacher and then adapted so they can be played by any combination of woodwind and/or brass instruments. This set contains a score and individual parts for all the woodwind instruments. The brass instrument set is sold separately. The five movements may be performed as a set or individually. Each part is adjusted in range to accommodate all orchestral and band woodwind and brass instruments. Little Serenade has some easy meter changes. Little Waltz makes use of a counter melody and is in arch form. Little Dance uses canon and imitation. Little Lullaby is in 6/8. Little March has several themes separated by fanfare interludes.
