"Lily Pad Leap" is a fun solo for beginner harpists, and it can be played on any harp, including lap harps that have a range of two octaves. Rebekah Lanier wrote this piece for one of her students to play at a recital.
It is in 4/4, the key of C, and it uses quarter notes and half notes, played with fingers 1 and 2. The range of the piece is from 4th octave C to 2nd octave C.
