Jazz, Blues, Boogie & Swing for Piano

It's a great book for intermediate to advanced pianists. It is one of the few titles which is on the market with such great arrangements. I would loved if it contained a lot more boogie woogie.

this book. it was the answer to my prayers superb arrangements and very rewarding to play i ve over 125 music books and this is by far my favourite. it IS advanced unless you are very dedicated (and above grade 7 or 8) dont even bother. so good to get a challenge

has a unique flavor of its own. "Central Avenue Blues" and "Hootie Blues" are down and dirty, rare gems. This style is hard to find in print. If you want something to sink your hands into with lots of style, this might become one of your favorites too. You can listen to sound clips of many of the writers on other sites in case you're not sure you'll like the style.
