    Difficulty Level:
  • May 08, 2010 These works teach us a lot of things

I think every pianist needs to play Bach (Mozart and Beethoven too, but Bach especially) and this edition includes works for early intermediate pianists. So I think each pianist has already played one of these preludes (when I bought this score, I already was knowing 3 of the preludes from...

this book). We learn a lot of things with them, but, frankly, they are not really beautiful ! We can easily find better Bach works. And I repeat the leitmotiv about Henle Verlag : good paper, great typesetting and printing, preface and remarks includes, book which stays in place.
