This set of Two-Part Inventions in Three Modal Flavors is dedicated to my good friend Scott Burnham who, not so coincidentally, was also the first to perform them at The Cleveland Museum of Art, May 5, 1979.(Cover image is a moving self-portrait on a scanner- which is why my eyes are closed!).
