same parts as the flutes, which usually have harder parts than bass instruments. But, on the other hand, I do like that solo thing that I play at the end of the "pretty" part. I have no idea what grades you other people are in, but during honor band practice yesterday (in which in included freshmen), when our director told us to get the sheets out, the entire group let out a groan! This was because of how intimidating it looked at first, but now everything seems a little easier, ESPECIALLY the beginning. (How am I supposed to know how fast 'stately' is?) All in all, from what we have learned to play so far, it sounds like it will eventually become easier and ultimately more fun.

A t first when I played this song I didn't like it, but know I think it is the best song I have ever played. The flute part is very fun, yet challenging.

in middle school, i had the honor to play this song in two different concerts - i loved it both times! this is such a cool song and the percussion parts are amazing!!!! yes! HIGHLY recommended!

This song is really fun to play. It made me feel like I was in the jungle or something even though it has to do with voodoo.
