This is an SATB arrangement but you can drop out the tenor line and the three part arrangements will work with just about any combination of parts. I have tried to keep it as simple as possible, although the F major chord just before the end of the chorus does make the chord progression a bit tricky! It's a well-known song though, so shouldn't need too much work to get it down.
