Words and melody were transcribed by Avraham Zvi Idelssohn in Jerusalem in 1917, and the tunes has become a canon of folk music. This arrangement is for an intermediate string quartet. Great to play for any occasion - weddings, Bar Mitzvas, birthdays, or just for fun at home.
