"Happy Birthday" is one of the most popular songs in the world, however, it wasn't considered a public domain song until 2016.

This medley is geared towards the mostly classical birthday person, serenading him or her with birthday wishes in the style of Mozart, Bach, Strauss, Beethoven, Kuhlau and Sousa. Most of the melodies recognizable to the general public (Kuhlau, maybe not, but Kuhlau is so cool).

This piece would be a great piece to keep on hand when, while playing at a recital, someone mentions that it's his/her birthday.

Every part gets to play the melody at some point, and it's just plain fun!

Enjoy!
