SKU: A0.982384

Composed by George Frideric Handel. Arranged by Paul Ferington. Baroque,Christmas,Easter,Sacred. Score and parts. 28 pages. Paul K Ferington #6875411. Published by Paul K Ferington (A0.982384).

A new arrangement of Handel's 1742 "Hallelujah Chorus" from MESSIAH created to accompany a choral ensemble; scored for 2 Bb Trumpets, Horn, Trombone & Bass Trombone (or Tuba) and Timpani, this arrangement omits much of the voice doubling found in brass arrangements meant to be performed without singers, and uses brass/timpani notation from the original Watkin-Shaw (Novello) and Tertius Noble (G. Schirmer) orchestra parts.  Keyboard using the Watkins-Shaw or Tertius Noble editions is still needed as an accompaniment with these brass/timpani parts.  Concert pitch is D Major to match the choral scores.  .

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
