The late Austin Lovelace arranged this setting of the foundational text from John using the Kyrie of Missa Sancti Nicolai (Mass No. 6 in G) by Haydn. All of the grace one would expect from the music of the Austrian master composer is present in Lovelace’s adaptation.  .
