The melody is there, but the simple left hand leaves a lot to be desired. Good for early beginners looking for a song they would recognize their fingers producing (as opposed to the more generic theory and technical songs).

  • February 07, 2012 Works for Handbells, too!

I bought this so I could create a handbell arrangement from this piece as requested by my students. It is a very nice, easy arrangement for piano. Includes all the main melodic parts. Nicely laid out on the page. My bell ringers are thrilled!

This is a great arrangement! My students are really excited about being able to play this piece. This song is one that parents like to hear being practiced and students will tend to spend more time at the piano mastering it because of its upbeat rhythm and cool harmonies. Dan...

Coates did a great job arranging it.

  • July 21, 2010 a timely arrangement

I have young students who are just now discovering this piece. I was about to have to make an easier arrangement for them than the original version. This version will be very helpful to me and enjoyed by my students!
