This arrangement of "Deep Peace" (also known as "A Gaelic Blessing") has been adapted from John Rutter's arrangement for SSA and piano, and as sung by Aled Jones. With the added 4th part and some of the piano's voice movements this beautiful song can now be sung a cappella (unaccompanied).   There is some divisi of Soprano 1 near the end.

Dorothy Horn is an arranger who lives in Sydney (originally from Cape Town, South Africa). Her arrangements are designed to be singable by community or school choirs whose members might include people with varying musical backgrounds. Dorothy aims to keep her arrangements simple, singable, fairly easy to memorize, within comfortable singing range, while still conveying the beauty and feel of the song.
