    I am a classical guitarist of more than thirty years. A collection of Lobos is not an easy thing to find and this collection is packed with timely pieces that have been recorded in albums time and time again. They are not for the weak or beginning players. This is...

    advanced material that is well worth its weight in gold (so to speak). Be prepared for editorial notation that is non-standard for classical guitar these days, but don't let that stop you from putting this wonderful score material in your active library.

    If you can afford only 1 and love Villa-Lobos, this is the compilation to get. [see the contents.] Not cheap but has all the best Villa-Lobos pieces.

    This is a great collection of modern classical guitar music. Some pieces are very challenging. Some a relatively simple. They have a beautiful sense of harmony and musicality. Plenty of great technical work.
