Classics In The Key Of G

This book contained many of my favorite Kenny G songs and they all varied from intermediate to fairly difficult stuff but there all just the way he would play them. I would suggest this book for any serios sax players that would like some fun new music to play.

I am not a huge fan of Kenny G but wanted some insight into how he constructs his solos and to this regard the book is just fine.I would rate it higher if there was a C.D. with it since I do not have any of his records...

fast at the beginning so I hope that you have been practicing 12 hours a day for 9 months straight day after day (and I am not joking or exagerating) because this is book is very challengeing. Well at least Summertime is. I bet if i listened to you play that you would butcher it.

The book follows his CD. I use the book with the CD in my music class each week. My tutor said I learned more about staying in tune with the book and CD than with him!
