I bought this item to use as a teacher to help prepare high school students for sight reading at state auditions for honor band and allstate band. While it has some usefulness for this, most examples are too long and are mostly focused on one particular problem or aspect of...

music, i. e. odd meters, swing style, mixed meter, etc., instead of short pieces that incorporate multiple aspects. It also has way too many duets and solo pieces for a book promoted as a sight reading title. For my $20 I could have done better with a book of melodious etudes or a rhythm reading book, in retrospect.
