This is a lyrical piece for a modern jazz combo, septet. It was written for a fundraiser for the Albany Carousel project. Each of us in the band (5th and B) wrote a piece in honor of the occasion and this was my offering.The piece is a sweet jazz waltz with lush harmony - it's childlike in many ways, sophisticated in others.
