Blackbird by The Beatles
Words and Music by John Lennon and Paul McCartney
Program Notes

This is one of my favorite Beatles songs. With a beautiful melody and wonderfully complex harmony, this song works well as an instrumental.  This arrangement can be performed with as few as 4 players or a full flute choir with multiple players on a part.  It is scored for 2 flutes, alto flute (alternate c-flute part included), and bass flute.
