    Perfect for individual use for piano students - I wish I had known the dimensions of the heavy paper cards before ordering since I'd hoped to use them in a class piano setting, however they will be good for individual review.

    Every student of mine receives a set of flashcards. Once note reading is introduced, they receive just the notes for the C hand position. As soon as we begin changing keys, the rest of the notes are introduced and shortly thereafter, the ledger lined notes are introduced. Then we start...

    timing them at each lesson and record their time on a graphed sheet that all students may view.. The goal is to play all 38 notes (cards) in 60 seconds, which they all do. Of course there are rewards once they reach their goal and it is a great way to keep parents involved with the lessons, also.
