    I love this haunting, senuous music. I find it playable and still challenging. Especially appealing are the tangolike feel of the rhythm and the exotic harmonies.

    If you like Piazzolla, this is your book! Pianists who like Piazzolla have long wished for a larger repertoire of reasonable piano arrangements at an accessible level of difficulty. These pieces meet those criteria. They are lovely and playable and in an interesting way provide a new medium for contrapuntal...

    playing. I found that the main problem with these pieces was not getting the notes under my fingers, but rather was getting the complex rhythms into my head. But it's worth it. Highly recommended.

    - whether he annotated these works himself or somebody else did, they sprang up from Piazzola's unique improvised forms, and if you don't have nuevo tango in your blood you will be most grateful to have this music printed out for you, piano players! And if you play bandoneon...
