This great 20th-century concerto by Armenian composer Alexander Arutiunian has become one of the essential elements of all trumpeters' repertoire. Likewise the etude by Alexander Goedicke remains a classic, performed regularly in concert halls and on recordings. Virtuoso Richard Steuart demonstrates his approach; you join with the orchestra to work your own magic! Contains a music score with access code to online audio featuring complete versions of each song plus accompaniments minus soloist so you can play the lead. The audio is accessed online using the unique code inside each book and can be streamed or downloaded. The audio files include PLAYBACK+, a multi-functional audio player that allows you to slow down audio without changing pitch, set loop points, change keys, and pan left or right.

I have been sent a 'Music Minus One' part for trumpet and piano', not an arrangement for trumpet and concert band! Also, sample 3 and 4 have nothing to do with this trumpet concerto. [Editor's note: As the product information describes, this item is a Music Minus One item...

. In addition to Alexander Arutiunian's Concerto, this item also includes Alexander Goedicke's Concert Etude, which is what is included on tracks 3 and 4 of the CD.]
