String Orchestra - Level 3 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.1008359

Composed by Arkady Leytush. 20th Century,Contemporary. Score and parts. 12 pages. Arkady Leytush #4809121. Published by Arkady Leytush (A0.1008359).

Timing: 5 min.

I wrote this composition for 2 solo clarinets accompanied by a string orchestra.

In this minimalist opus I tried to reflect an inevitable and painful desire to overcome the gravity into a free floating with a point of no return at the end.

Clarinet parts require special attention to a stable sound in the upper register (from Piano to Fortissimo), as they include notes of maximum height.  The number of strings can vary, but the best effect and the full sound of the score can be achieved with an orchestra no less than - 8, 6, 4, 4, 2.
