Concert Band - Level 4 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.987104

Composed by Amanda McCullough. Closer. Contemporary. Score and parts. 153 pages. Music for a Bluesy Apocolypse #2830315. Published by Music for a Bluesy Apocolypse (A0.987104).

Ares is a concert band piece inspired by the Greek god of war Ares and works well as both an opener and a closer for a concert. The included organ part is optional but recommended.

Ares is written for a strong high school band and provides opportunities for musicians to play secondary instruments (i.e. contralto clarinet for clarinet players). For ensembles and programs that don't have every instrument scored available, the parts overlap enough that missing an instrument or two will not make the performance of the piece impossible.
