    This book is for beginners but advances more quickly than other series. It's clear and concise and students enjoy being able to play and learning to read music so soon. Perfect for 8 or 9 and up, especially if they already play another instrument or sing.

    I just love this series. I get the other books in the series to supplement such as the theory, notespeller, technic and fun book. It really gives great reinforcement on all the basics of music.
