The Alfred's Basic Guitar Method Book #4 is a good book for players who've completed the previous Alfred's books. If you havn't completed the first 3 books in the series, you'll have a hard time in this book, which doesn't explain much, but is...

a great book for the advanced player. My only complaint is that since it hasn't been revised yet, it's not as thorough as you'd expect, but it's not that big of a deal. A great book which I highly recommend!
