    Difficulty Level:
  • October 08, 2008 Don't start with this book for fingerpicking Blues

Good book as far as getting the general concept, easy to read but if you have never played blues or fingerpicking blues before then you will hit the wall pretty quickly as it does not really explain how to nail the songs and you are left with the tab and...

a CD to try and work out how to move and use your fingers correctly.

    Difficulty Level:

up more each time. This is great for beginners to intermediate level.

as a beginner/intermediate player wanting to get into blues, this is an excellent choice. it starts off pretty easy but gets progressively harder. with 16 songs and sections on various shuffles/rhythms plus a section on slide this is great value for money. i'm only about a quarter...

way through and my playing has come on immensely. kenny also talks you through and gives tips and advice. best book i've bought so far.
