Composed by Sir Arthur Seymour Sullivan. Arranged by Peter Wouters. 20th Century,Broadway,Opera. 7 pages. Peter W. #2008091. Published by Peter W. (A0.915504).

The famous song "A Policeman's Lot Is Not A Happy One" from the infamous Gilbert & Sullivan opera "Pirates of Penzance" has here been arranged for four C-flutes. The quartet arrangement features a solo flute with a gentle accompaniment, making it an excellent starter piece for beginner flute ensembles consisting of players who have been learning the flute for at least one year. Techniques such as staccato, legato, dynamic contrast, tempo changes, etc. are all included, making it an excellent short piece to use as a teaching tool or as a concert filler!

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
