a book called "The secrets of successful practising for Guitarists" were in the author highly recommended this book and so far I find it a great help. originals or something to that effect, ughs i really don't want to give a review i just moved a fridge and yeah; just checking my email... so its pretty good if you want to be a guitarist(like actually play not know a couple of rock riffs and how to read tabs) and know a thing or two about music.
