These pieces are very short and often require 2 whistlers. I was hoping for some solos that I could use at church for Christmas. This doesn't provide that.

This is a really interesting Christmas music book. I really love Irish/Celtic music and wanted something for tin whistle for Christmas, as I had been finding that other Christmas music was in mostly unsuitable keys for the tin whistle. This however is brilliant! One of my favourites from this...

book is "Christs Childs Lullaby" which is beautiful to play. The only thing that would improve this book is if it would include lyrics/verses for the carols as, being a New Zealander, I don't know any but the English traditional songs ( We Wish You a Merry Christmas, Joy to the World etc.). I think this book is a great buy for anyone who loves tin whistle and/or Celtic Music!
