This inspired adaptation of Bach’s Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring, pairs his immortal chorus with the beloved 18th century hymn text, Lord, Dismiss Us with Your Blessing, creating the perfect worship benediction! An alternate text for Advent/Christmas and an optional congregational refrain are also included. Perform the anthem in its entirety, or if a shorter benediction is preferred, perform only the final two phrases.
