I bought this book in anticipation of having a group guitar class. This looks like a great beginning book for that purpose. I like that some pieces have accompaniment for the teacher. I wish there were more games - only two are mentioned. Most of the pages are reproducible so that you don't have to buy a book for every member of your group.

The book looks very promising indeed. I have not had the chance to use it yet, but it looks like a fun way to understand more about music and lose the rigidity of 'just playing the notes'.
