These warm ups are catagorized by exercise type, some of them I can name off the top of my head are, 1) buzzing 2) long tones 3) flexibilities 4) scales 5) single tonguing 6) double tonguing 7) triple tonguing 8) range and endurance For each type there are 4 to...

7 or so exercises to help you in the warm up process. You start with buzzes, move to long tones, to scales, to tonguing, and finally to range. I can attest that this approach is sound, and it works. Perhaps too difficult for the beginner and the low intermediate, the high intermediate and and advanced player can warm up all aspects of the playing by following the formula. I used to play a lot in College, and warming up, you did the Schlossberg, or other people's routines. This is another one of other people's routines. Nothing in it is fantastically new, but is sound and conservative. And it gets the job done.
