Whether you remember the Righteous Brothers’ version as a pop ballad, or the backing to a ludicrous Love Scene in Naked Gun 2½ , this is for you!
The guitar is tuned to â‘¥=D and has a Capo on fret 3, to give a comfortable and clean orchestration in the key of F. It has an amount of fingering which provides the most secure chord shapes and the best sustain.
The choice of key keeps the flute part away from the bottom few notes, without risking difficult-to-control notes far up in the register. The crescendo in the flute part falls in a very playable sweet spot.
Dynamics are included, but the piece works best with the biggest dynamic range that you can manage.
