The title says it all!This gorgeous piece features on Secret Garden’s “White Stones” Album and their compilation “Dreamcatcher” collection.Both my arrangements for two guitars are based on the original piece and contains all the sections of the original (but no orchestra or Irish Pipes!)This arrangement which is "intermediate" allocates the music to the players as if they were the violinist & pianist in the original - ideal for a duo in which one player is technically stronger than the other (for example a student/teacher duet).The arpeggios are fingered because they generally only work well in one position, and there is no key change to match the one-tone rise in the original - we need the open strings of the guitar to mimic the sustain of the piano.The melody, by contrast, is unfingered; there is no single place on the neck where all the notes are accessible. It’s really a matter of personal choice where you change position and whether you prefer to stay high up the neck for vibrato or venture down to get a punchier, brighter tone in the loud sections.I hope you enjoy playing this piece! I have made a separate (advanced intermediate) arrangement which includes the key change and a swapping of tuning and accompaniment - it requires two players of comparable ability.
