Three verses of increasing misery, followed by a sudden bit of glee!Up go brollies, down go heads, faces grey like walking dead, it's raining...(splish, splosh, bleh...)Life is oozing from the street, clouds abusing drookit feet, it's raining...This dark downpour saps all joy, colour's gone and hope destroyed, it's raining...Mummy, mummy, look at me! Jump in puddles, squeal with glee! It's raining!
