Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Arranged by Kevin Love. Baroque. Individual part. 3 pages. Kevin Edward Love #22761. Published by Kevin Edward Love (A0.752732).

This prelude is a favourite for guitarists. The challenge in doing an arrangement is to 'squeeze down' the (keyboard) range to fit the guitar and still capture the sweep of the arpeggios, inevitably resulting in some frustrating compromises. This arrangement takes a different tack by re-configuring the arpeggio to a pattern that is more guitaristic and therefore less prone to 'interruption', resulting in a more flowing performance. For added charm, play with a capo at the 5th fret.
