Ok so you have read all my reviews, so by now you know I am new to the violin...I have taken now about 8hrs. of instruction. I was so board with my one lesson book so ordered several cool books from this site...I asked my instructor to teach...

me My Heart Will Go On...I hadn't even learned the scales yet??? She taught me G Scale, C scale and told me about octives... I am now playing this song!...She did say that I for some reason can read music quickly...My instructor played the song beautifully, and I aspire to very soon. Hot Hot Hot!

I consider myself an intermediate player, having moved beyond most beginner books. Some of these songs appear easier than others, but NONE of them sound like the popular songs I was looking forward to playing. Every key has either 1, 2 or 3 flats, which is a little repetitive but...

not difficult for me. Once in a while I hear a familiar series of notes, but then the rest of the arrangement will be awkward. Either 1) These songs weren't meant for violin 2) They were badly arranged or 3) Maybe its just me. All the same, I think I'll be reselling or tossing this one.
