Larry Minton has a B.A. from CS Fullerton and an M.M. from CS Long Beach; he also studied at Palomar College and Loyola Marymount. His conducting teachers were Paul Salamunovich, Lynn Bielefelt, and Harold Decker. A longtime member of the Los Angeles Master Chorale under Salamunovich and Roger Wagner, he also performed with the Oregon Bach Festival Choir led by Helmuth Rilling in 1984 and 1985. In 2001 he founded and led the Heritage Singers of Fullerton until 2012. He previously served several churches as Music Director, and was frequently employed as a freelance tenor throughout Southern California.
