Forever Cardinal Bound is in reference to the Chippewa Falls High School Marching Band in Wisconsin. Their mascot is the Cardinal. This arrangement is based off Cornell University’s fight song “Far Above Cayuga’s Waters”. That text is set to the tune “Annie Lisle” by H.S. Thompson. Both works were written in the 1800’s and are in public domain.
