My music is not available to view, download, or print?

Your order could be still be in processing. Try signing out of your Digital Library, and then sign in after 10 minutes. If you’re still unable to view your music, contact us at digital@sheetmusicplus.com and include your order number.

I’m not able to view the music from my browser.

Some early browsers may not support viewing the file from the window. You’ll need to download the file to your computer, and then open it from your desktop.

My sheet music printed incorrectly

Check your Page Setup Settings for the correct paper size, orientation, and scale. Once you’ve confirmed these settings, try printing again.
