Dulcimer,Instrumental Solo - Level 3 - Digital Download
By The Shirelles. Arranged by Larry Conger. R & B,Soul. Individual part. 3 pages. Larry Conger/Dulcimerican Music #2965397. Published by Larry Conger/Dulcimerican Music (A0.509639).
This Carole King classic has been covered by everyone from The Shirelles to Amy Winehouse. Carole King herself recorded the song on her Grammy award winning "Tapestry" album in 1971. It is arranged here for the intermediate level mountain dulcimer player in 1-5-8 or DAD tuning.
The arrangement is tabbed in the key of G and makes use of a 1+ fret. It will be mildly challenging for the intermediate level player. A solid knowledge of three finger chords and chord/melody style playing will be useful when learning the song.
Two pages. 32 measures. Approximate playing time with repeats = 3:00. Tablature, standard musical notation, lyrics and guitar accompaniment chords are included.
