This would suit a children's choir or ladies choir, though male voices could also sing this an octave lower. Nothing ridiculously high or low, so not difficult from that point of view, though there are some surprises in the timing at the end.
I have uploaded a score that has the individual parts at the end so you can save on printing costs.

I am using this arrangement for a beginners choir and it is just beautiful. I appreciate the technical skills it enforces with the beautiful beginning and ending section. It has allowed my choir to practice matching vowel sounds and blending. I only wish there was a digital accompaniment recording available to purchase. I love how the sample video seems to add strings and other woodwind instruments that I wish I could use for my performance.
