Piano Solo - Level 3 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.835628

Composed by Charles Converse. Arranged by Renee Hyche McKee. Christian,Contemporary,Sacred,Wedding. Score. 4 pages. Renee H. McKee #44997. Published by Renee H. McKee (A0.835628).

This intermediate-level arrangement is easy to learn, but has a "velvet hammer" impact as it delivers its charge with tenderness. The left hand spins out a smoothly-suspended, somewhat mysterious sounding accompaniment over which the melody sings in single notes. The tempo in the middle section picks up a bit as blocked chords in the left hand urge the melody forward. The opening accompaniment returns with the melody, sweeps both hands into the treble clef then brings the piece to a gentle close. This one is a favorite, and can be played in any church service or event that calls for quiet simplicity with meaning. Duration: 2:00 This title is part of the full album by Renee Hyche McKee: "Preludes of Peace" which can be found on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and CD Baby.
