Born in the mind of composer Justin Hurwitz (composer of La La Land, Whiplash and First Man) he set out to create a soundtrack inspired by both rock and jazz. By using the instrumentation of jazz bands of the late 1920's and techniques found in rock songs of the early 80's - his work culminated to produce music that could only be described as 'riff-based jazz'. This arrangement aims to capture the essence of the composition 'Welcome' with punchy, in-your-face tutti sections and crazy melodic motifs; this piece will undeniably excite listeners and get the audience dancing.
This PDF Includes the Full Conductor's score and all the instrumental parts. The First Trumpet and Saxophone Solo are transcribed.
