Morley (A0.500704).This fun little love song comes from Vampire Weekend's fourth album, Father of the Bride, released in early 2019. The original is a duet featuring the female vocals of Danielle Haim.
Writer, Ezra Koenig has said of the song "I always wanted to do a song that was insanely simple, that was just listing things that go together... It's probably the most wholesome Vampire Weekend song."
Although the simplicity of the original song remains, there are some challenging arpeggio's and runs for soprano and alto parts in the latter half of the piece.
