Composed by Traditional Melody. Arranged by Bethany Dial. Celtic,Classical,Folk,Irish,Traditional. Score. 5 pages. Bethany The Music Dial #352929. Published by Bethany The Music Dial (A0.744939).

"Loch Lomond" presented as a straight-forward Theme and Variations for Intermediate Piano Solo. The piece begins with the melody expressed in it's purest form and develops with increasing complexity to the final, majestic variation. Timely dissonance creates beautiful harmony throughout while still maintaining the Scottish mood of the tune--a perfect balance of familiarity and originality. The piece also draws rhythmic patterns from the "Red is the Rose" version of the melody. 5 pages including cover page. About 3 minutes play time.  Click here for more of my music!
